Mango is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager in the efficient operation of the store, improving sales performance, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in management and visual merchandising in a dynamic store within the fashion retail industry (At least 1 year)
• Customer-oriented and image-focused, with knowledge of the product and a commercial orientation
• Excellent mastery of French - written and spoken
• Motivation and passion for managing people by example
• Person-oriented, organized, and tenacious, able to resolve problems, able to work well under pressure, and adapt to change
