We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager for our MANGO Málaga stores. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operation of the store, including accounting, budget, hiring, and employee scheduling.
Requirements
- Previous experience in managing daily store operations, including accounting, budget, hiring, and employee scheduling.
- Experience in implementing commercialization and financial management strategies at the store level.
- Experience in supervising and directing sales staff and department management.
- University education in areas related to administration, business management, or similar.
- Experience in executing organizational policies to achieve sales and profit objectives in a store environment.
