Requirements
- Professional experience of at least 5 years in data analysis, visualization, and insights generation
- University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Data Science, or related fields
- Experience in analysis for loyalty programs, CRM, or relational marketing
- Domination of programming languages like SQL and Python (R will also be valued)
- Knowledge of visualization tools like PowerBI, Looker, Tableau, or Qlik
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to perform rapid and exploratory analysis
- Demonstrated ability to transform data into strategic recommendations, communicating findings to non-technical profiles in a clear and attractive manner
- Results-oriented and critical thinking, with the ability to prioritize and make decisions based on data
- Proactive and collaborative attitude, with enthusiasm for bringing new ideas and passion for customer analytics
