FLOOR SUPERVISOR

Mango is looking for a Floor Supervisor to join their team at Legacy Place in Dedham, Massachusetts. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the image of the store.

Requirements

• Prior experience in retail sales is preferred
• Must be a sales-driven, goal-oriented individual
• Passion for customer service, styling, and product
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Must have a positive, high-energy, friendly, outgoing, and engaging personality
• Must be willing to take the first step to initiate contact with the customers and identify their shopping needs
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple and competing work priorities, demands, and changes
