We are looking for a People Analytics profile to help us transform data into insights to optimize processes and support strategic decision-making. The role involves applying and integrating advanced and predictive analysis, personnel metrics, and information to develop strategic and operational results.
Requirements
- Proven experience in applying and integrating advanced and predictive analysis, personnel metrics, and information to develop strategic and operational results.
- Previous experience in evaluating recruitment processes in an organization, identifying requirements and solutions to meet personnel objectives.
- Experience in taking strategic decisions related to personnel, such as hiring, training, and development, talent management, diversity, and human resources compliance.
- Higher education in a relevant field, such as Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience in a leadership position, preferably as Team Leader, with the ability to coordinate and facilitate the work of others, and manage junior and moderately experienced professional teams.
