Supervising Major Case Analyst

The New York County District Attorney's Office has an opening for a Supervising Major Case Analyst. The analyst will work with the Director of the Analyst Program and Trial Bureau leadership to oversee the analytical work of analysts within a Trial Bureau. They will assist with officewide training efforts and serve as thought leaders on emerging investigative techniques.

Requirements

• Oversee the analytical work of analysts within the bureau
• Support administrative supervisors
• Prepare written materials and trainings
• Participate in and occasionally lead regular roundtables
• Stay abreast of new developments in investigative techniques
• Identify, collect, review, analyze, and present evidence
• Create presentations, diagrams, charts, and other visual aids
• Assist ADAs in developing long-term investigations
• Design investigative plans and assist in executing those plans
• Serve as the liaison with the High Technology Analysis Unit
