Senior Research Associate, Shuttled Oligo Therapeutics

Manifold Bio is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Research Associate to join our growing shuttled oligonucleotide therapeutics team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building our oligonucleotide shuttling capabilities and supporting multiple oligo-based disease programs.

Requirements

• Prepare and analyze samples from in vitro and in vivo studies using a variety of biochemical and molecular biology techniques
• Support the development and optimization of assays and experimental methods
• Design and perform cell-free and cell-based experiments
• Author and maintain good written records of laboratory procedures and data
• Present key findings at internal and external scientific meetings
• Interact and communicate with supervisor, study leads and other team members
• Support day-to-day laboratory tasks
