Job Description
This full-time Installation Technician position at Aspen Equipment involves building vocational trucks, performing hydraulic, 12v electrical, and fabrication tasks. On-the-job training will be provided, with a $4,500 sign-on bonus and eligibility for a $1,500 tool reimbursement program. The role focuses on assembly, operation of machinery, and welding for various truck components.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical aptitude (understanding of hydraulics, electrical, and general equipment)
- Knowledge of basic hydraulics, 12-volt electrical systems
- Wiring stop/start systems and knowledge of programmer
- Basic math skills
- Basic welding and fabrication ability
- Ability to read and understand schematics
- Mechanical design/practical experience
- High level of Mechanical Aptitude
