The company is seeking an HR Payroll and Employee Management Assistant to ensure the administrative management of personnel and labor law aspects. The role involves managing training, recruitment, and employment contracts, as well as relations with OPCA and IRP.
Requirements
- Bac +2 / +3 level in Human Resources Management and Payroll
- First successful experience in the same type of position
- Experience in the metal industry is a plus
- Knowledge in management and accounting, labor law
- Use of ADP, Horoquartz
- Strong interpersonal skills, team player and service-oriented
- Autonomous and adaptable
- Proactive, proposing and initiating force, listening and positive person
Benefits
- 28-hour post (no Wednesday workday, company closed at 12h on Friday)
- Salary range of €2,200 to €2,500 per 35 hours, depending on experience and profile
