Team Leader Assembly

We are seeking a Team Leader Assembly to manage and motivate a production team in preparing and assembling components and subassemblies, while respecting safety, environment, quality, deadline, and cost objectives.

• Leading and mentoring a team of assemblers to meet the daily objectives
• Improving the performance of your sector
• Standardizing activities and good practices
• Ensuring equipment maintenance, as well as the cleaning and organization of the assigned areas
• Maintaining and developing the versatility of your operators
• Promoting compliance with the implemented rules
• Supporting the deployment of continuous improvement initiatives (QRQC, KAIZEN, 5S, visual management,...)
