Assistant Accounting Manager

Manpower is seeking to recruit a Assistant Accounting Manager to join our client's team. The Assistant Accounting Manager will support the Accounting Manager in overseeing the accounting operations for our clients diverse client base.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; ACCA in progress or partly qualified preferred OR fully Qualified or in the final stages of obtaining an Accounting Qualification.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of accounting experience, ideally in a client service or corporate services environment, with some exposure to supervising or mentoring junior staff.
• Solid knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles.
• Familiarity with IFRS and GASPME reporting standards is a must.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to day-to-day changes in workload and priorities.
