Job Description
Manpower Malta is seeking an HR & Payroll Administration Officer to join the clients Head Office HR team in Malta. The role requires a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to support payroll, HR administration, and employee lifecycle processes.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 5 qualification or equivalent education
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage financial data and schedules accurately
- Experience with HRIS systems (Indigo and Time & Attendance systems considered an asset)
- Excellent written and spoken English; spoken Maltese considered an asset
