Job Description
ManpowerGroup Greece is seeking a HSS Manager for the Serres facility in Greece to oversee the safety and security of the facilities. The role involves managing fire protection, access control, employee training, emergency preparedness, and compliance with the Health and Safety System. The company operates in the dairy industry with exports to 40 countries.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an equivalent position in the industrial environment (preferably in the food industry).
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or other related field.
- Very good knowledge of the Regulations on Occupational Safety and Fire Protection - Fire Prevention.
- Aptitude for English.
- Very good knowledge of computer hardware, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
- Experience in managing and investigating work accidents.
- Experience with building security systems (CCTV, Access Control, etc.).
