Job Description
ManpowerGroup Greece is seeking a Health, Safety and Security Manager for a client-driven Greek dairy company in Sferre, Greece. The role involves developing and implementing policies for health and safety, managing fire protection and security systems, and ensuring compliance with ISO 45001. The company emphasizes a culture of health, safety, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role in the industrial environment (preferably in the food industry)
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field
- Excellent knowledge of the Act on Workers' Compensation and fire safety
- Excellent English proficiency
- Very good knowledge of computer/HS/MS Office and application of MS Office
- Experience in managing and investigating labor accidents
- Experience in fire safety systems (CCTV, Access Control, etc.)
- Ability to manage risks and crises related to H&S
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Leadership, organization and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and implement H&S systems
- Experience as a Safety Engineer (desirable)
- Experience as a Compliance Officer (desirable)
