Job Description
ManpowerGroup Greece is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor for an organization based in Athens, Attika, Greece. The role involves planning and supporting maintenance operations for quarry mobile equipment, managing suppliers, and ensuring compliance with company policies and budget optimization. Responsibilities include equipment inspection, maintenance budgeting, and safety management.
Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering (AEI)
- At least 3 years in the manufacturing industry with experience in maintenance operations & planning in earth moving, drilling mobile equipment & tipper trucks.
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical maintenance operations & planning for mobile equipment
- Safety rules and regulations
- Knowledge of basic quarry process
- Ability to communicate with all different levels of people
- Result driven (reliability, cost)
- Leadership in managing projects
- Problem solving, Decision Making, Autonomy
