ManpowerGroup Greece is seeking an Office Admin & Mobility Expert to manage office administration, facility management, employee benefits, building maintenance, and security for a global technology leader. The role focuses on creating an efficient and safe workplace environment, ensuring seamless operations and excellent support for employees.

Requirements

• Acting as the key point of contact for all office administration and mobility matters.
• Managing employees’ benefits (Car Fleet, Fuel Cards, Mobile Phones, Ticket Restaurant, etc.).
• Overseeing building maintenance and repairs.
• Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
• Monitoring office cleaning services and ensuring service quality.
• Managing General Affairs contracts and invoices.
• Coordinating with the security team
• Managing expatriation processes.
• Assisting with special projects and company events.
