Job Description
TOU is seeking a Material Handling Technician to join their existing operation in Greece. This on-site position involves maintaining and repairing customer machines, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring workplace safety. The role requires reliable communication, problem-solving skills, and adherence to legal requirements.
Requirements
- First contact - diagnosis of electrical & mechanical faults
- Repair or replacement of electrical components and hydraulic hoses
- Maintenance of machines
- Diagnosis of faults
- Communication with customers
- Information to customers about service contracts
- Information and reporting to the team leader
- Basic knowledge of electrical & mechanical design
- Knowledge of English
- Statutory/mandatory completion of military service
- Driving license
- Good knowledge of computer manipulation
- Knowledge of automotive electrical installations, alarms (0-4 years)
