We are seeking a Data Analyst who's equally comfortable analyzing data as they are building the pipelines and tools that make data analysis possible. The ideal candidate combines a strong analytical mindset with technical curiosity and a hands-on approach to data engineering fundamentals.
Requirements
- Support analytics and business intelligence initiatives by maintaining and optimizing data pipelines and ETL processes
- Partner with senior analysts and data engineers to ensure data is accurately modeled, transformed, and documented across multiple sources
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and generate actionable insights for retention marketing, product performance, and customer segmentation
- Build and maintain automated dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators
- Conduct data validation and quality checks, to ensure data integrity and consistency
- Assist in developing and testing basic forecasting models and reports and help refine business logic through SQL and analytics tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data accessibility, reliability, and governance
