Job Description
The Quality Manager will participate in the maintenance and further development of the quality management system, create and manage quality-relevant documents, support audits, analyze quality indicators, and collaborate with various departments and external partners. They will conduct sample tests, perform root cause analysis, and support employee training on quality management topics.
Requirements
- Completed technical education or studies in the field of quality management, engineering, or similar.
- Professional experience in the field of quality management/quality assurance, in a manufacturing company.
- Knowledge of relevant standards and norms (e.g. ISO 9001 and VDA band).
- High quality awareness, analytical thinking, and a structured working method.
- Communication skills and assertiveness.
- Good German and English skills in word and writing.
