Job Description
This role is for a Commercial Loan Officer responsible for developing, managing, and retaining a quality portfolio of loans. The position involves building relationships with customers, conducting sales calls, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations and loan policies.
Requirements
- Originates, services, and monitors Ag and/or Commercial loan accounts
- Contacts potential or existing customers to develop new business
- Monitors creditworthiness of existing customers
- Follows bank procedures to identify and collect problem accounts
- Establishes and negotiates terms for credit extension
