General Labor position at Cromwell Hatchery. Requires active listening, speaking, and various physical abilities such as lifting, standing, and working in hot, cold, and wet environments. Must be able to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to exert muscle force to lift, push, pull or carry objects using both hands and good finger dexterity
• Ability to lift 10 to 50 lbs.
• Ability to repetitively lift 20 to 25 lbs. above head and below knee
• Ability to work in hot, cold and or wet environment
• Ability to use pressure hose and garden hose and work with production cleaning products
• Ability to climb ladders and work on top of machinery
• Ability to count accurately
