Banking & Finance Lawyer

The Maples Group is seeking a Banking and Finance Lawyer to join their team in Luxembourg. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues to advise clients on legal matters and engage in business development activities. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience in banking and finance, ideally gained within a top-tier law firm, and admission to the Luxembourg Bar or eligibility to be registered on List IV of the Luxembourg Bar.

Requirements

• 2-5 years' relevant post qualification transactional experience in banking and finance
• Admission to the Luxembourg Bar or eligibility to be registered on List IV of the Luxembourg Bar
• Strong academic background, with excellent written communication and drafting skills
• Outstanding technical skills, together with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues, and work well in a team environment
