Job Description
The Maples Group is seeking a Financial Controller to lead the finance function for its Cayman Islands and BVI Corporate Services entities. The Financial Controller will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, overseeing finance operations, and maintaining full regulatory and statutory compliance.
Requirements
- Qualified accountant (CPA, ACA, or ACCA) with at least 8 years post-qualification experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and minimum 10 years in financial services management
- Strong technical expertise in IFRS, management accounting, and regulatory compliance
- Proven experience managing and mentoring teams
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills, including handling large data sets
