The role provides support in achieving Property Management strategies and plans for the portfolio at Group level, working closely with Property Management/ Asset Management team to strategize and plan property management initiatives/innovation/sustainability projects.
Requirements
- Degree in Real Estate, Building or Property Management-related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in property management and have regional exposure/experiences.
- Sound understanding of the real estate sector and sustainability matters.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to interface with colleagues internally and on a cross-border/remote basis and third parties.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and deliver to timetable, dealing with competing and changing priorities.
- Able to initiate and implement changes to improve processes in terms of efficiency and/or quality.
- Ability to communicate effectively (both oral and written) at all levels across the company.
- Able to work across different time zones with regional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Word / Powerpoint.
