Marabu Airlines is seeking a Head of Inflight Experience to lead the development and operational excellence of their onboard products, ensuring a seamless and memorable travel experience. The role involves defining strategic vision, overseeing design, managing stakeholders, and focusing on customer experience. This is a key position within a rapidly growing airline.

Requirements

• University degree in business management, hotel/ aviation or tourism management or similar
• Proven leadership experience in inflight experience, product, or cabin services
• Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities
• Experience in supplier and contract management
• Passion for customer experience and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Legal right to work in the European Union
