Marathon Asset Management is seeking an Associate, Business Development & Investor Relations to support the Business Development and Client Solutions team with a focus on Family Office, Private Wealth, High-Net-Worth & Intermediary Relationships. The successful candidate will maintain high-level contact and client service with clients and prospects, accelerating the adoption of GP's investment solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years financial services experience
• Excellent academic credentials including an undergraduate degree from a top-tier institution
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Technically proficient; Microsoft Office and SalesForce
• Exceptional organizational skills with diligent and methodical approach to complicated tasks
• Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication
• Ability to stay individually focused while also working well in a fast-paced, team environment
