Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience designing complex electronic systems
- Proficient in FPGA design (RTL development, simulation, timing analysis)
- Experience with international teams and cross-cultural communication
- Experience managing compliance requirements across international markets
- Proven track record of bringing products to mass production
