Job Description
March Networks is seeking a Technical Sales Development Engineer to support commercial efforts in Mexico. This role involves pre- and post-sales activities, collaborating with customers, partners, and internal teams to design, deploy, and optimize IP video surveillance solutions. The successful candidate will be measured by solution adoption, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
Requirements
- Deliver compelling product demos and technical presentations
- Analyze customer requirements and design tailored surveillance architectures
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop winning proposals
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments
- Provide technical training to customers and partners
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration or performance issues
- Build strong relationships with key accounts and channel partners
- Support pilots, proof-of-concept deployments, and post-sales onboarding
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for stakeholders
