Experienced Commercial Real Estate Originator

Institutional Property Advisors is seeking an Experienced Commercial Real Estate Originator to source debt and equity through various capital sources. The candidate will be responsible for originating capital transactions greater than $15M and overseeing transactions from engagement through closing.

Requirements

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with developers, owners, and other sources of third-party origination opportunities.
• Prescreening and qualifying transactions prior to the underwriting and marketing process.
• Creating and maintaining relationships with capital sources to achieve superior execution on transactions.
