Marketing Specialist

Marcus & Millichap is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support high-volume Public Relations and Social Media execution across its Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast regions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent internship experience)
• 1–2 years of experience, including internships or entry-level marketing roles
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and workflows efficiently
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working in a structured, template-driven production environment
• Ability to learn and apply commercial real estate concepts and terminology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
