Requirements
- Work in close collaboration with Regional Sales Director, Account Managers, Distribution Partners, and Regional Sales Operations
- Participate in the process of establishing and implementing a structural industry market plan for a region
- Drive the sales of complex solutions; justify their value and help increase JBT Marel’s market share while meeting customer requirements
- Support and train Account Managers within depth process knowledge
- Be responsible for realizing sales (targets in volume and achieving the best possible price and market share for complex solutions)
- Be responsible for visit reports, opportunity registration and follow-up (maintaining data in Company CRM systems)
- Collect information on competitors’ activities, installed base, requirements, and developments
- Meet KPI (Key Performance Indicators) goals with sales and margins
