Bartender

Margaritaville and Landshark are seeking a Bartender to provide exceptional customer service. This on-site position involves preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining bar cleanliness, managing food and beverage inventory, and contributing to a positive dining atmosphere. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Requirements

• One to three years experience as a bartender (high-volume environment preferred).
• High school degree or GED preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with other departments and outside contacts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and can operate in conditions where the bar must be kept clean.
