Commercialization Manager

Mariana Minerals is hiring a Commercialization Manager to strengthen commercial execution across procurement, sales, and vendor relationships. The role involves negotiating supplier agreements, supporting sales and new customer development, and overseeing vendor performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, engineering, or a related field
• 3–6 years of experience in commercial operations, procurement, or sales in industrials, manufacturing, or materials
• Strong negotiation skills, with a proven record of securing favorable agreements with suppliers or customers
• Experience building commercial systems and processes; ability to learn new tools quickly
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent communication skills across levels and functions, including working with suppliers, customers, site teams, and leadership
