Housing & Community Development Finance Budget Analyst

The Finance Budget Analyst provides fiscal grants management, including professional technical assistance, preparation, and monitoring related to departments budget, all fiscal matters related to Housing Urban Development (HUD) grant, audits, and federal regulations while ensuring fiscal integrity of operations.

Requirements

• Two years of professional-level finance experience in budgeting, auditing, government finance, or grant accounting
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Public Administration, or related field
• Experience and knowledge of HUD grant programs, to include: HOME Investment Partnership Program, HOME Investment Partnership Program- ARPA, Community Development Block Grant, Community Development Block Grant-COVID, American Resue Plan (ARPA)
• Experience and knowledge of Integrated Disbursement & Information System (IDIS)
• Valid Arizona driver’s license
• Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card through the Arizona Department of Public Safety
• Maricopa County Certified Agency Procurement Aide (CAPA) certification within two months of hire
