Worship Experience Pastor (Future Congregation)

Mariners Church is seeking a Worship Experience Pastor for a future congregation in North Orange County, CA. The role involves leading worship, overseeing production and programming, and developing volunteer teams.

Requirements

• Collaborate with the Central team and Congregation Lead Pastor to program and execute the adult weekend experience
• Oversee the execution of worship, programming, and production to provide an excellent, immersive weekend experience
• Serve as the primary worship leader and oversee volunteer mobilization for the worship team
• Oversee volunteer mobilization for the production team and manage and maintain production equipment
• Minimum of 2 years of worship leader experience
