Job Description
Heavy Equipment Forestry Operator will help execute forestry projects, maintain and operate tools and equipment, and work closely with the Project Foreman and Superintendent. Travel is required up to 100% of the time, with lodging and per diem provided. The position requires strong leadership skills, ability to work in a team, and a keen eye for details.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in operating heavy machinery, forestry industry preferred
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Physical ability to bend, squat and lift up to 50 pounds
