Key Account/Customer Development Manager VET

The Key Account Manager is responsible for coordination and support of the key account strategy of Royal Canin Belgium in the area of our Veterinary Channel, by establishing, maintaining and developing the customer relationship with the key accounts of the offline business and clinic groups.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in business, marketing or animal science
• 3 + years’ experience managing accounts at headquarters level
• Local language skills required
• Strong customer orientation and negotiation skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Proficient use of office tools (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat)
• Ability to engage customers and function as a team player and project leader
• Comfortable setting priorities, manage multiple tasks and remain focused in a changing environment
