Mars Finance Leadership Experience (MFLE) - Graduate Program France

Become a key player in our Finance environment and take on a strategic role in our organization or become a finance manager with your own team. The Mars Finance Leadership Experience (MFLE) is a 3-year graduate program that offers 3 rotations of 12 months each in various areas such as supply finance, market finance, financial control or digital finance.

Requirements

• Master's degree holder, obtained in 2025 or in progress for 2026
• Great ambitions and see yourself as a finance leader
• Analytical and passionate about finance
• Not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring new ideas
• Want to grow as a person
• Internationally mobile
• Good command of English
