- Territory planning to ensure optimal coverage, infrastructure, visibility and service levels
- Building a strong business case around market level opportunities
- Engaging with distributors to create collaborative, long term relationships
- Managing trade spends as per agreed norms and delivering maximum results
- Ensuring delivery of In Store Visibility and execution as per MARS standards
- Leading, monitoring, motivating and driving performance of FSA's
- Coaching FSA's on the Mars Sales & Distribution system
- Implementing structured training interventions to upskill FSA team
- Recruiting desired numbers of FSA's of targeted profiles within specific timelines
- Ensuring timely submission of trade and distributor related paperwork
- Coordinating with CFA and Distributors to ensure adherence to PDP and delivery schedules
