Apprentice Insurance Broker

We are recruiting for an Apprentice Insurance Broker to join our team at Marsh Commercial. This is a 18-month apprenticeship program that will provide you with the skills and knowledge to become a Client Advisor. You will be responsible for servicing a dedicated portfolio of clients, managing renewals, invoicing, producing new quotes, and upselling/cross-selling additional products. You will also have the opportunity to develop your role with continued support for advanced industry professional qualifications.

Requirements

• Previous experience within a client/customer facing role
• Excellent customer service skills
• Right to Work in the UK or Republic of Ireland
• Minimum 5 GCSE’s at Grades 9 – 4 (including English & Maths)
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities
• Ability to work independently
