Finance Business Partner Specialist - FP&A

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Finance Business Partner to join our team, supporting Marsh operations, the Global Capability Center (GCC), and projects across the region.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
• Over 5 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to act decisively, prioritize effectively, and operate with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
• Experience working with global teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
