Trainee Insurance Broker

Marsh Commercial is seeking a Trainee Insurance Broker to join their team. The role involves providing excellent client service, managing client portfolios, and developing meaningful relationships with insurer partners. The company offers a 18-month apprenticeship program, with the opportunity to become a Client Advisor upon completion. The role is based in Penrith and is a permanent, full-time position.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a client/customer-facing role
• Excellent customer service skills
• Right to Work in the UK or Republic of Ireland
• Minimum 5 GCSE's at Grades 9 – 4 (including English & Maths)
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Ability to work independently
