Marshalls is seeking a strategic Head of Procurement to lead the Direct Materials & Capital categories. This high-impact role requires overseeing a £200-250 million annual expenditure, driving commercial advantage, ensuring ethical sourcing, and ensuring supply chain visibility. The position involves building strong relationships with suppliers, managing a budget, and mentoring a team.
