Requirements
- Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads
- Work with internet leads to set an appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration
- Direct customers to product information resources
- Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Drive to hit sales quotas and goals
- Driver's license with clean Motor Vehicle Report
- Bilingual preferred
