Asst Dir of Facilities

The Asst Dir of Facilities is responsible for maintaining all building systems, creating a safe environment, and ensuring the appearance reflects The King Center’s vision. This role involves coordinating operations, managing team members, project planning, resource management, and reporting to senior leadership. The position requires maintaining compliance with regulations and maintaining the facilities' integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Five years of related experience, including three years of supervisory experience.
• Expertise in Facility codes (NFPA, OSHA) and knowledge of building codes.
• Strong business management and employee leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
