Job Description
The Plant Maintenance role is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing equipment and processing machinery on an aggregate plant. This involves working with heavy machinery, performing fabrication, welding, cutting, and grinding, and upholding safety standards. The position will require a proactive approach to safety and quality, and collaboration with supervisors and other team members.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience related to heavy-duty maintenance jobs or equivalent
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Pass pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check
