Job Description
The Process Relief Operator II is a full-time position within the Midlothian, Texas production facility, assisting in all phases of process operations. Responsibilities include inspecting and lubricating machinery, assisting with operations, operating equipment, and maintaining accuracy in records. The role requires extensive training and the ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in cement production or closely related industry.
- Good understanding of key positions/tasks.
- Cross-training in all key positions.
- Ability to operate bobcat and other heavy equipment.
- Strong knowledge of clinker handling system.
- Ability to operate front-end loaders and dozers.
- Accuracy and record keeping skills.
- Ability to climb 20-50' ladders and work at heights.
- Ability to read gauges and communicate clearly.
- Basic math skills.
- Computer literacy.
