CNC Programmer 1st Shift

We're looking for skilled CNC Programmers/Operators to join our team at Martin Sprocket & Gear. As a CNC Programmer/Operator, you'll analyze specifications, program CNC machines, and perform trial runs to ensure precision and efficiency.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of experience programming and setting up 3-axis CNC mills
• CAM software experience preferred
• Strong understanding of basic machining practices and mechanical processes
• Solid math skills and the ability to effectively communicate technical details
• Problem-solving abilities and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
