Martin Sprocket & Gear is looking for a skilled Welder / Fabricator to join their team. The successful candidate will operate metalworking machines, fabricate metal parts, and ensure quality control.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating hydraulic presses and working in a manufacturing environment
• Average math abilities and ability to understand and follow instructions written in English
• Familiarity with safety programs and training
• Ability to handle heavy items through lifting, pushing, pulling, and positioning
• Reliable attendance and commitment to working scheduled hours
