Dyno Lab Supervisor

MARTIN Technologies is seeking a hands-on Dyno Lab Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations within its engine and powertrain dynamometer labs. The successful candidate will oversee a team of up to 15 technicians and engineers, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality test execution. The role demands deep dyno expertise, a passion for continuous improvement, and strong people-leadership skills.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in engine/powertrain dynamometer testing
• 2+ years of experience in a lead or supervisory role
• Proven track record coordinating emissions, durability, and performance programs for OEM or Tier-1 customers
